Don't shop at this location if you don't want to deal with the worst customer service ever. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time to quickly grab one item, and the lady at the door basically kicked me out, saying that they were closed. There weren't enough people at the cash register, so you have to wait forever to get your item checked out. Not to mention, the general attitude of the salespeople is the worst. They don't know their products at all and walk around with a negative demeanour like they own the place. I'd rather travel a long distance to shop at a different location than set foot in this place ever again.
Mixed review here. This is my favorite location in the city. The store is huge and always clean. Staff wise, so rude for no reason. When I first walked in staff greeted me with friendly hellos but I must have picked the rudest woman to ask a simple question to. Great store, just don't ask anyone if they have a product in stock. Get in and get out :)
RUDE STAFF. The older ones with the ear peace are insanely rude. They’re sometimes at the perfume section. Like Yall work at a RETAIL STORE. How much could you possibly be getting paid to act that entitled?? It’s always the older (over 30), middle aged women who treat you like an absolute peasant and give you the dirtiest looks for no reason. Please lose the attitude. Also They’re so busy suspecting customers of stealing, they couldn’t even answer my question. But all the young staff are nice and friendly so I’m giving two stars
Today i was at this Sephora location. I came in with my friend to buy a product i wanted to get (the LYS bronzing stick in shade harmony)which happened to be out of stock. We decided to browse around before leaving and throughout every isle and corner of the store we were being followed by the Security. This made both me and my friend super uncomfortable and not welcomed to shop at this store because we were being openly followed and watched withen every move. This is horrible customer service because we felt forced out of the store.
Always have a good experience here. They often have low stock on some popular items but that's more of a supply chain issue.

harbouring a terrible and toxic environment!just went in and immediately got followed and asked by multiple staff. for god sakes a person could just come in and buy something in peace. the security will look at you and follow you everywhere you go. very annoying!
The younger lady that I dealt with at this store (Brianna) was lovely. I have no issues with her and would give her 5stars for trying to help me as best as she could. So this review is in no way reflective of her. Unfortunately she could not help me because it was not in her capacity to do so. It seems you can only leave reviews on a stores site and not Sephora Canada as a company. So here we are!!
I was under the impression the “extended” holiday returns policy, extended to actually returning the product for a refund. So I thought I had until December to return. I missed the deadline by 2 days. The manager told me that they did have that extension last year but not this year. I stepped out of the store and called the online CS since my order was placed online. The person I spoke to claimed to ask the manager.
I was on hold for a long while so who knows? They then came back and said the manager said “NO! their policies are their policies and they cannot make any exceptions for anyone!”
If they could have refunded me two days ago would it really be such a big loss to refund me today?
I have spent a LOT of money at Sephora and because of my background as a MUA I get asked for recommendations a lot! For them to make that exception would have gone a long way and kept me as a customer, but, instead I am done with Sephora! I will find other places to shop where they value their customers loyalty.
Pretty terse and curt in customer service. No real interest in helping, the representative who I understand is also a Manager scurried away after I asked a question. Quite condescending in tone. Will avoid this location if I can which sucks as it is very convenient to where I live!
